Doreen Edmunds and Rosemary Ivory are both members of the UKRBS Ragdoll Breeders Club.
We are situated in Holbeach Lincolnshire.
Between us we have over 45 years of breeding and showing both cats and dogs.

Otto. The reason for all of this.
Seven years ago Rosemary visited a ragdoll cat breeder on other business. There was this older kitten aloof from all the others and obviously not a ragdoll, he just sat up high watching the bedlam below being caused by a litter of Ragdolls. Before Rosemary left she decided he was coming with her. He was approximately sixteen weeks old and a foundling .
At home her Bernese Mountain Dog bitch was on her own for the first time in years and rather lonely without dog or cat companions.
It was October hence Otto received his name.
He arrived home and on meeting Reigne (the Bernese) he puffed to twice his size and spatt whilst bouncing up and down like a cartoon cat. Reigne just looked at him with that knowing , motherly look.

The autumn chill was by now in the air and within a few days Otto had decided that this very large hairy thing was possibly the best hotwater bottle in the world, he had started to snuggle up to Reigne in her bed, she was only too happy to accommodate him. Rosemary had noticed him trying to suckle from Reigne and had seen him pumping away with his paws on her belly, imagine her surprise when she found Reigne had come into milk and was now feeding the cat.
Otto eventually stopped suckling from the dog after about a month ,but when ever he felt threatened he would run in and attach himself to a teat and suck like mad.
Otto is still not convinced that he is a cat, that must have been all the Bernese Mountain Dog milk he drank.
Come on it must be my turn for a cuddle!
He now lives with Sky whom he tolerates but his true love,who passed on a few years ago,will always be Reigne.
